Sabre NGS connectivity, also known as DC Shop, is an enhanced level of connectivity between InnLink’s CRS and the Sabre GDS, providing travel agents and consumers with real-time property descriptive, rate, and availability/inventory information. Updates to rate, availability, and descriptive content in the CRS are immediately reflected in the displays presented to Sabre users.
With NGS, users of the Sabre GDS and of the OTAs, such as Travelocity, which Sabre supports, are more inclined to book the property since the information they are receiving is more accurate and up-to-date which means increased incremental revenue for the property. |
