InnLink announces gLINK, enhanced Group Reservation Service
InnLink announces today gLINK, an enhanced Group Reservation Service for small to medium chains and independent hotels. Now InnLink customers have the resources to compete with larger brands for their share of the lucrative leisure travel market. Dedicated Group Sales Specialists within InnLink’s call center staff a Group and Tour Reservation Desk 16 hours a day.
When customers sign up for gLINK they will define their group travel parameters. The InnLink Group Sales Specialist will work directly with tour operators, TAs and group leaders to answer questions quickly, provide a proposal defining group rates, availability and amenities and follow up until the reservation is completed. Group and Tour business requires quick answers and now InnLink gLINK customers can provide the responsiveness required.
Properties have the option of directing their own group reservation number to InnLink’s group reservation desk or use InnLink’s tollfree group number, 1-866-297-7400. The convenience of calling a toll-free number and having the information requested provided in an expedient and professional manner adds to the conversion rate of group and tour opportunities.
Leisure groups represent billions per year in the United States. Independent hotels often do not have the staff to compete effectively for this business. As a gLINK customer, a property will have Group Sales Specialists to handle their group requests and work with the group leader through the confirmation and contract.
Properties benefiting from group reservations can increase REVpar and revenue with no incremental set-up fee, just a percentage of the reservation when the group stays at the hotel.
