 What this means for you
RESmatrix simplifies data management giving you the ability to better promote your business. The online property description tab allows a hotel to enter, modify and manage property information via a secure ASP connection for real time changes so current information is distributed to websites, portals and ultimately to your customers.
RESmatrix includes both property and multi property (if more than one property is represented by InnLink) reporting packages. Access to either set of reports is user-defined. Customized groupings of reports may be named and saved for printing by date or date range.
When staff turnover occurs, it is very important for the hotel to be knowledgeable in the use of RESmatrix and our reservation and channel management tools. Refresher or new employee training is available through go-to seminar or online tutorials.
Getting Started
Once the agreement and implementation fee has been received, our Implementation Team will guide you through the entire process, including web-based training for the RESmatrix data management system. InnLink will schedule a training date with your property staff and/or hotel management prior to service activation. Training on RESmatrix is required before "going live" and takes approximately 1 ½ hours using the Internet and the telephone. Customer service will assist you with any questions or schedule you for any additional training required.
